7-Star Challenge — Final Entry

I’m sure this entry is completely devoid of sexual imagery somewhere in the universe. Just not here.

And that, my friends, is the end of the first annual 7-Star Challenge. I’ll set up a retrospective sometime during the week. In the meantime, I have tons of work to catch up on. Many thanks to anyone who took the time to check the site out.

Sorry for being so anticlimactic with the text — I have only minutes remaining before I hit the deadline, and I think it would be a shame to come this far and fail on the last day.

7-Star Challenge Week 22

My idea was to emulate Ayami Kojima’s art style and be all Castlevania-y. Instead, it was just another couple hours of wrestling with my Intuos4 and coming up with inventive ways of not fully rendering hands.

Success on the latter, though.

Miss Kojima, wherever you are, your art rocks.

7-Star Challenge Week 21

Just finished rewatching Ju-on, the most terrifying film about gas ever filmed. I’m sick and my computer freaking crashed, so this is all I could manage. Still trying to recover data. Lost all my custom brushes in PS and all my hard-earned settings on the $#%@ Wacom, so this was done completely with defaults.

Didn’t come out too bad considering everything fate has thrown at me, actually.
